The location was super central, making it easy for us to explore the city. We had a blast checking out the bustling nightlife in District 1 and partying at rooftop bars. The hotel staff were chill and gave us some great recommendations for local hangouts. it was a sick vacation!
The only thing we wished for was a cool rooftop pool to chill and have pool parties at the hotel. It would have been epic to cool off during the hot days and soak up the city views while having a good time with friends.

This hotel has recently seen a renovation and is now called "the white hotel". Rooms are small but fresh, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly-front desk was slow to check in and unprofessional (initially issued wrong room key where I walked in on another couple, then given another room only to be told 3 days later I had to move due to their error). Factor in the small cost and this hotel provides exceptional value

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh, thanks to the convenient location of this hotel. We were able to easily walk to popular attractions like the bustling markets, the War Remnants Museum, and a variety of family-friendly restaurants. It made exploring the city with our children so much easier and enjoyable!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered a children's play area or a small playground.

Prime Location just 3 mins walking distance from Ben thanh Market and there are lots of shops, tailors around that area. Vinasun taxi is always waiting outside the hotel , Taxi charge is just way too cheap ! Receptionist is pretty helpful and they can speak fluent english and basic mandarin .
They changed their owner and management when we were there, so there were few confusions when we were arrived . We have booked a deluxe room with two double bed , but end up we have got a triple bedroom. We were try to argued with them but they kept on saying that it is the largest room they have it at that time. Luckily , the room is big enough to fit in another mattress. Therefore , I fight for an extra mattress to put next to the double bed which is still alright. My mum and auntie slept next door and there were a guy opened their room around 2~3am (so called accidentally) on our second nights, that seriously freak her off!

Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable and it is very near to various attractions.
The reservation that we booked through Booked.net was not registered with the hotel. When we arrived the hotel is fully booked and they have to put us in another hotel for the 1st night and we moved back to this hotel on the 2nd day.

The family room had 2 queen beds for our family of 4 but room size was narrow with just space for one to walk around at a time. Room facing street a bit noisy but whole place renovated recently so looks new. The breakfast buffet was good with western & eastern varieties. Free & fast wifi. The receptionist guy Anh speaks good english. There is a spa (Eva Spa) directly opposite the hotel which opens till 10pm. We had the hot stones massage at only US $20 for a 70min session. There was a laundry shop (2 days service @$1 per kilo) & convenient store round the corner too. The ben thanh market is just 5 mins down the road. We had lunch at a nice aircon cafe (Cali Cafe?) with great fruit smoothies, opposite the hotel, a few doors away towards the market.
bathroom design was a bit disappointing. The bath tub with shower was built so high like its for those who are 6 ft tall. Water spews out everywhere when you shower even with the shower curtain around. So bathroom gets flooded after each use.

This hotel is well situated for those who want to explore the city. It's a stone's throw from the buzzing night market and the famous Ben Thanh market, making shopping and dining out an easy task. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the service is hospitable. Breakfast is good, which includes an omelette station and a variety of foods. the hotel also offers a computer in every room and helpful reception staff.
The room is quite small for two people with luggage.
